How Do I Log In?

When you registered for the conference, you should have received an email with the subject line "MEEA Conference Registration and Confirmation" from MEEA Conference Staff (red@meeassociation.org)

This email contains a link to activate your conference portal account. Once your account has been activated you can log in using the email you registered with and the password you set

Where Can I Find the Workshop Zoom Links?

To access the workshop zoom links you must be logged into the conferene portal. Once logged in, click on the Schedule tab at the top of the website. This will bring you to the list of workshops with their affiliated zoom links

How Can I Change My Workshops?

You can change your selected workshops with the following steps:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your account via the drop-down menu with your email (upper right-hand corner).
  2. Navigate to the "Selected Workshops" tab.
  3. In this tab, click Add Selected workshops button on the right
  4. Search for the workshops you'd like to add by clicking on them and then clicking Save Changes on the bottom right.

You can delete/remove workshops you're no longer interested in on the same page

  1. Select the button with three vertical dots (located just under the Add selected workshops button) on the right and selecting "Remove"
